This is our 10 day forecast. In case you weren't aware, it gets hot here in July. Some days it is just too much for the little ones to go outside. To keep from getting cabin fever, sometimes you just have to GO!
Bo and her friend Dezadore dragon keep you moving in their show, Bo on the Go. Netflix has started carrying Season 1, and my kids love using their moves to help Bo and Dezzy on their exciting adventures!
Liesl doesn't need much of an excuse to shake her booty, so she's up and moving as soon as the intro song begins. Each episode focuses on a problem to solve, and the wizard gives them helpful tips along the way.
At the start of each episode, Bo has you up and doing different moves, Liam is marching here, to help energize her power band and to help the Wizard to appear. It takes a lot of help from the Bo Buddies (your kiddos!).
There are three doors Bo and Dezzy travel through throughout each episode on the way to solve their problem, and you have to really reeeaaach for that magic key to unlock the door! 
Each successful step is rewarded with a Bo Boogie! And the final Bo boogie is the boogiest of them all! Liesl loves to break it down!
This show is full of enthusiasm for physical activity and loads of positive reinforcement for the viewer. We love Netflix's Bo on the Go, and I'm positive your little movers and shakers will too!
I might have to get Mallory to do watch this because - like Liesl - she does like to shake her booty :) Thanks for the recommendation!
